Returned items MUST be in their original packaging and with the original swing tags still attached. Any item received back into our warehouse which shows signs of being used or without its original packaging will be sent back to the customer.

When returning an item, please securely seal the original box that the item was sent in and remove all existing labels from the box. Place your new Returns Label on the box and take the box to a DPD Drop-Shop.
