How to Return An OrderUpdated a year ago

As part of your statutory rights in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 30 days in which you can return your order. 

Unlike many other online retailers who sell luggage, Luggage Superstore are pleased to offer FREE Returns on all orders within 30 days.

Luggage Superstore are proud to be as paper-less as possible, which means we do not send Returns Labels with all of our orders. This helps to reduce waste and tries to make us as Eco-Friendly as possible.

Simply go to our Returns Centre, enter your Order Number and Email Address, select which item(s) you'd like to return and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund and confirm this action.

You will then receive a label to print off and place on the box. Take the box to your local DPD Drop-Shop and once it has been received back into our warehouse, you will receive a refund or an exchange.

Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, with the original swing tags still attached and all protective films in place.
