Changed your mind about your order?
If your order has not already been dispatched, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team using one of our contact options you can find at the bottom of this page. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery for the item to be returned to our warehouse. Once it has been received back into our warehouse, we will process a full refund.
Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back into your original payment source.
