How Do I Change An Ordered Product?Updated a year ago

If your order has not already been dispatched, you can change your order by contacting our customer service team using one of our contact options, which you can find at the bottom of this page. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery for the item. This will then be returned to our warehouse. 

We can only amend products if the request is a change of colour. Any other amendments would need to be a cancellation and re-order. As an example, if you have ordered a Cabin Suitcase and decide that you would require a Large Suitcase, we would cancel the original Cabin Suitcase order and a new order for a Large Suitcase would need to be processed.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back into your original payment source.
