If your order has not already been dispatched, we can amend your order address by contacting our customer service team using one of our contact options you can find at the bottom of this page. Simply let us know the order number and which delivery address you require the item to be delivered to and we'll change the delivery address for you.

If your item has already been dispatched, we can still change the delivery address but there may be an added delay in you receiving your order.

Customers cannot change their delivery addresses by contacting DPD themselves. This request can only be undertaken by Luggage Superstore
