How to Register a Delsey Warranty from the QR PlateUpdated 4 months ago

Some Delsey collections come with a fixed QR Warranty plate. These are usually attached just behind the Telescopic Wheel Handle of the suitcase.

To register the warranty, simply use a mobile phone with a QR Reader App (Some phones automatically identify QR codes while using the camera) This will take you straight to the Delsey webpage where you can enter your details to register the warranty with Delsey.

You may need your proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you at the time of placing the order.

The QR plate allows warranties to be registered directly with Delsey, storing your details securely in the event of a warranty claim.
