I Haven't Received An Invoice With My OrderUpdated a year ago

Luggage Superstore are proud to say we are a paperless company. We do not place packing slips, invoices or receipts in the box when we dispatch our orders. We reduce paper consumption, meaning less wasted paper keeping in mind the benefits for our environment and the trees. This does mean sometimes we may reuse boxes too.

If you would like a copy of your invoice, please request this from our customer service team using one of our contact options you can find at the bottom of this page. Any VAT receipts will be made out to the name and address used when the order was placed.

Order Confirmations will be emailed at the time of placing the order, this will also act as your receipt in the event of a warranty claim
