If your item has developed a manufacturing fault and you are covered under your manufacturer warranty guarantee and you may be able to make a Warranty Claim. Please see our Warranties page for more details.
In the first instance, we will likely ask you to get in touch with us with a clear photograph showing the faulty and a brief outline of the fault.
If the item was purchased less than 30 days ago, you can use our Returns Centre to return the item. If your item was purchased under 12 months ago, you can return it to us free of charge using our DPD portal, which is located on the Warranties page. Items that were purchased over 12 months ago can be returned to us at the customers own cost. Alternatively, you are free to contact the manufacturer yourself for the warranty claim.
Any items that are returned to us are photographed on arrival into our warehouse for both the protection of Luggage Superstore and our Customers.
Please note, Luggage Superstore act as an intermediator party for warranties and cannot be held responsible for the decisions that suppliers make in regards to refunds, replacements, credits or repairs.
